Intelligent Biomaterials and Microfluidic Technology
摘要
Over the past two decades, microfluidic technology has advanced significantly and is now widely used in materials science, chemistry, and biology. This chapter discusses various materials for creating microfluidic chips, their pros and cons, and highlights their applications in multiple fields, particularly organ chips. Additionally, it delves into digital microfluidics technology, a cutting-edge concept in the field of microfluidics, and provides an overview of its essential components and commonly used materials. The chapter concludes by presenting some examples of digital microfluidics applications in biology.
