Right kidney tumor found during physical examination 5 days ago. Female, 51 years old. The patient accidentally discovered a right kidney tumor during a urinary system ultrasound examination 5 days ago at a local clinic. Further enhanced CT showed a round mass in the right kidney, with equal or low density, and obvious uneven enhancement in the arterial phase, about 49 mm × 45 mm, suggesting a right kidney tumor, with a high possibility of kidney cancer (Fig. 1). PET/CT suggested a round soft tissue mass about 4.8 cm × 4.3 cm in the right kidney, with clear boundaries, uneven density, and slightly increased metabolism, SUV about 1.36; the lesion protrudes into the right renal pelvis. It is considered a right kidney soft tissue mass, unevenly slightly increased metabolism, high possibility of kidney cancer, and invasion of the right renal pelvis. The patient had no symptoms such as hematuria, back pain, or fever.
