Right renal mass found on examination for 12 days. History: male, 65 years old. The patient had a right upper pole renal mass about 4.1 cm × 3.7 cm found on an enhanced abdominal CT scan at our hospital 12 days ago (incidentally found bilateral renal multiple slightly low-density shadows on a chest CT scan due to coughing, further enhanced abdominal CT scan to clarify the condition), with uneven and significant enhancement during the corticomedullary phase and decreased enhancement during the nephrographic and excretory phases (Figs. 1a, b and 2a, b), suggesting the possibility of right renal cancer, and surgical treatment was recommended. The patient had no discomfort such as abdominal pain, gross hematuria, frequent urination, urgency, dysuria, chills, or fever.
