Positioning in Laparoscopic Surgery
摘要
This position is mainly used for adrenal gland, kidney, and ureter surgeries. The common surgical position for open urological surgery in our country is the lateral position, with a retroperitoneal approach. Based on this, most laparoscopic upper urinary tract surgeries also adopt the lateral position with a retroperitoneal approach. Presently, this approach is suitable for most upper urinary tract surgeries, and its safety and ease of use have been confirmed.
