The Rapid Response Blockchain is a modular and scalable disaster relief supply chain management system built on Hyperledger Fabric, it aims to reduce the time taken to build and deploy the system and zero-cost transactions unlike public block chain. This system provides secure, transparent, and efficient interactions between Donators, Receivers, and Administrators. Donators can track contributions and upload receipts, which are automatically validated by cross-referencing with a blockchain-based banking system, ensuring authenticity and minimizing fraud. On the other hand, Receivers under the system are capable to viewing creditable funds, while they are also able to file disputes in the case funds are not received. Admins oversee the operations through role-specific dashboards for efficient donation and complaint management. The development expenses and time are lowered because there is a universal graphical user-friendly interface. This reduces time and expenses because the complex template is a single template which can be used for different calamities. The config file is designed such that it takes into account family records, the number of people in each family, deaths, injuries, and factors that are used for calculating aid distribution, ensuring fair and efficient fund allocation.
