The Microstructure Evolution of Continuous Casting Strand for Reduction Process
摘要
The experimental study shows that the austenite recrystallization occurs in the cast slab with the increase of the reduction deformation. In addition, the pinning effect of microalloyed carbonitrides can be effectively retained before rolling, which is beneficial to the improvement of the microstructure and properties of the rolled metal. Figure 6.1 shows the microstructure of the microalloyed steel (Q345E) continuous casting strand under different reductions. It can be seen that the increase of the reduction deformation significantly changes the structure of the slab.
