The global rise in concrete manufacturing has resulted in natural aggregate (NA) depletion in recent years. Several Lightweight aggregates (LWA) have been used as an alternative to NA to alleviate this issue. This investigation highlights the usage of Sintered fly ash aggregate (SFAA) as the complete replacement of Natural coarse aggregates (NCA) to develop an eco-friendly and green Self-compacting concrete (SCC). Along with SFAA, various Supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) such as Silica fume (SF) and Metakaolin (MK) have also been used to increase the workability and mechanical characteristics of SCC mixes. This study also provides a comprehensive understanding of the advantages of the coupling effect of SFAA and SCMs on the abovesaid properties of SCC mixes. A total of nine SCC mixes, including one control SCC mix, were prepared. Using cement as the sole binder, the control SCC mix was manufactured. The remaining eight mixes were made by substituting cement with SF and MK at replacement rates of 7.5, 10, 12.5, and 15%, respectively. Fresh characteristics such as filling ability, passage ability, segregation resistance, and hardened characteristics such as compressive and flexural strength were evaluated. The findings demonstrated that all the SCC mixes are within the range (s) proposed by EFNARC. The inclusion of MK and SF enhances the overall strength of the SCC mixes substantially in relation to the control SCC mix.
