This chapter highlights the summary of the key findings of the study. It discusses how the current research has addressed the theoretical and evidence gaps in the current scholarships of evaluating how they support, expand upon, or challenge existing theories, particularly in relation to women’s empowerment and their role in agricultural decision-making. Finally, this chapter identifies potential directions for future research, highlighting areas that require further exploration to deepen the understanding of rural women’s roles in agriculture, especially within patriarchal structures.
