There were solutions available that could send an alert to the caretaker. By the time they could reach the location, it could be too late, as the patient may go through multiple risks, like a panic attack, and accidents, etc., the proposed solution also guides the patient. The virtual assistant can also communicate with the patients and can guide them to the nearest safe location along with the alert message sent to the caregivers. This technology has the potential to improve the quality of life of patients by enabling them to move around more safely and independently, while also reducing the burden on caregivers. It can also reduce the risk of accidents, such as falls or wandering, that can be dangerous for patients with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
