Blockchain is a distributed public ledger that stores transaction details as immutable records. It uses cryptography to ensure transactions are done safely with a hash function. The convergence of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Blockchain technology has created transformative and vast opportunities across many industries, and the field of military operations and defense is no exception. Although many challenges remain before the IoMT, while security, transparency, and integrity are issues, this type of challenge is pretty novel that Blockchain with a decentralized nature and immutability can solve such a challenge. The advanced technology of Blockchain is even strong enough to make the model faster and flawless. IoMT consists of a network of linked sensors and devices and poses complex problems of data management, security, and reliability. By incorporating Blockchain and Machine Learning technology, the military ecosystem gains a strong framework that guarantees safe and impenetrable data sharing, authentication, and automation. This study examines blockchain use cases in the military utilizing IoMT. The main contributions of this study are as follows: To understand the various aspects of Blockchain and its use to enhance defense services in IoMT devices for better interaction with the outside world.
