Pandemic covid-19 has affected the physical condition of the futsal referee at the Futsal Association of Tuban Regency, East Java, Indonesia. There were no activities as long as the pandemic covid-19, so the referee’s fitness came down. To see the development of the physical fitness of the futsal referee at the Futsal Association of Tuban Regency, it is essential to carry out a fitness test. This study aims to determine the level of physical condition as an indicator of motor ability performance for futsal referees. This study is a descriptive study using survey methods and measurement tests. The population used for this research is the futsal referees at the Futsal Association of Tuban Regency, totaling 20 futsal referees as the samples. The sampling method used totaling sample. Instruments to measure motor ability performance as the level of the physical condition of futsal referees using three official test items from FIFA (Federation International de Football Association): Speed Test, CODA Test, and ARIET Test (FIFA Futsal Fitness Test for Referee 2020). To determine motor ability performance as the level of the overall physical condition using T-Score analysis on the three test items, The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical techniques. The results showed that motor ability performance as the level of the physical condition of the futsal referees at the Futsal Association of Tuban Regency in 2022, namely there were no referees in the very high category (0%), then seven referees were in the high category (35%). Nine referees entered into the medium category (45%), as many as two referees in the low category (10%), and as many as two referees in the very low category (10%). Meanwhile, based on the average value, which is 150.00, the level of the physical condition of the futsal referees at the Futsal Association of Tuban Regency in 2022 is in the medium category. Cause of this condition, the future work of the Futsal Association of Tuban Regency needs to design a hard training program for futsal referees to reach the best physical conditioning to lead competition.
