Development of Post-Covid Pandemic Motor Educability-Based Training Model for Futsal Players

After Covid-19 pandemic, the school teaching and learning process face-to-face. This research a training model will be developed by combining several post-Covid exercises for futsal players. This study aims to implement a motor educability training model for students who take part in the Post-Covid Pandemic Futsal Extracurricular. The method used in this research is the development method of Borg & Gall. Development of a post-covid pandemic motor educability training model for futsal players. Probability sampling, was done to students who took part in the futsal extracurricular at Pondok Tahfidz Al-Quran Al-Mulk and SMA Muhammadiyah Mlati. 33 students and 3 futsal extracurricular trainer at Pondok Tahfidz Al-Quran Al-Mulk and SMA Muhammadiyah Mlati involved in this study. The data collection used observation, validation questionnaire, observation of the effectiveness of the model, and questionnaires for trainers and students. Data analysis techniques are descriptive quantitative and qualitative. This study resulted in a post-covid pandemic motor educability-based exercise model that was appropriate and good for use on futsal players. The exercise model is packaged in the form of a guide book. The post-covid pandemic motor educability-based exercise model received validation by two experts and was declared feasible to use. The results of the test of the effectiveness of the post-Covid pandemic motor educability training model that was developed proved to be effective in increasing motor educability in futsal players, with p < 0.05. Based on these data it can be concluded that it is feasible and effective.
