Low Back Pain (LBP) is a musculoskeletal disorder caused by poor body activity or movement, such as bending, pushing, squatting, lifting things, jumping, running, standing or sitting too long or other movements. This study aims to examine the content validity of a chair-based exercise model for non-specific low back pain (LBP). This study is qualitative and quantitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out by reviewing documents/articles and the Delphi technique and analyzed by Aiken formula. The instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1–5. Participants in this development study used documents collected from various journals and seven experts consisting of three academic experts in the field of therapy and rehabilitation and four practitioners who are nationally licensed therapists in the field of exercise therapy and massage therapy. The results of the qualitative research show that the seven experts agree that the development of a 10-item training model is feasible. Quantitative research results in this study based on validity calculations using Aiken's V Index obtained the lowest V score of 0.786 and the highest V score of 0.893. Drawing conclusions about whether or not the item is valid is done by comparing the calculated V value with the table V value. The V table value for items assessed by 7 raters/validators with 5 alternative scale choices at a significance level of 5% obtained a V table value of 0.750. Based on the results of the validity test, it can be concluded that the chair-based training model is declared valid in terms of the clarity of the training model's objectives, so that this exercise model can be used by sufferers of non-specific chronic LBP safely, easily and independently.
