The purpose of this study is to analyze the development model of the National Athlete Training Center of the Provincial Government of the Indonesian Athlete Association of East Java based on an expert perspective. This research method is a mixed method of qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The type of data used in this study is in the form of observation data, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out in this study using descriptive analysis techniques on questionnaires and content analysis on the results of interviews, input and assessment of the design development model for the Athlete Education and Training Center Provincial Government of the Indonesian Athlete Association of East Java. The results showed that the development model for the Athlete Education and Training Center of the East Java Provincial Government of the Indonesian Athlete Association proved effective and valid to use. Therefore, the development model for the East Java Provincial Government's National Education Center is appropriate to be used as a tool to improve the achievements of athletes at the East Java Province national training camp.

摘要
