This study aimed to differentiate the motivation and responsibility of offline and online futsal training in female futsal athletes. This research is quantitative with a pre-experimental method and a One-Shot Case Study design. The data were collected using questionnaires. The participants in this study were 20 female Temanggung futsal athletes selected by purposive sampling. The participants were randomly divided into two groups. Group one consisted of ten athletes who were directly given an offline training program. Group two also consisted of ten athletes given an independent online program at home. The data analysis of this study was an independent test T-Test. The results from the T-test showed that the spirit indicator was 0.885, and the responsibility indicator was 0.137. Since the value of sig. > 0.05, it can be stated that there was no significant difference between the offline and online groups regarding motivation and responsibility in female futsal athlete training. Motivation and responsibility had an average difference between offline and online training groups, although it was not significant. So, it can be said that offline and online training groups for female futsal athletes had motivation and responsibility in carrying out the coaching training program.
