Physical Training Guidelines for Indonesian League Referees to Lead Again After Covid-19

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced football matches to stop in order to reduce the uncontrolled spread of the virus, which forces players and officiating official to undertake physical training at home. The physical condition of the football referee must have decreased because there was no competition and the referee was confused about carrying out independent training. There are no recommendations for training guidelines for physical conditions specifically for referees. Therefore the purpose of this article is to make recommendations for training guidelines for the referee’s physical condition to be ready to lead the match again. It is hoped that through this journal football referees can practice by themselves in order to maintain the physical condition of the football referees themselves. The research method used is in the form of a literature review with data searches using three databases, which is Pubmed, Google Scholar, and ACSM, using 32 literature sources. The result showed Guidelines for physical training recommendations for referees during the Covid-19 pandemic. Development of guidelines for training recommendations for referees in physical conditions, in times of pandemic, relevant training for referees such as aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Referee physical condition training is carried out with weight circuit training and sub maximum 80% endurance training.
