This chapter aims to study thermal flows at the micro- and nano-scales. If a mass flow is generated in a rarefied fluid due to a temperature difference between points in a body or the distribution of an applied temperature on the boundaries of the rarefied fluid, the resulting flow is called a thermal flow. The types of flows resulting from temperature differences in rarefied gases are as follows [1]: In the following, these flows will be introduced.
