Primary liver tumors comprise of benign and malignant liver lesions which account for 5–6% of intra-abdominal masses in children [1]. Many of these tumors have unique imaging characteristics and in combination with clinical factors such as age, tumor markers, a prompt diagnosis can be established based on imaging. Thus, the knowledge of their imaging characteristics is crucial for a pediatric radiologist.
