In the pediatric population, brain tumors are one of the prevalent solid neoplasms. Of which nearly one third are supratentorial. Common presenting features could include headache, nausea or symptoms secondary to mass effect of the tumor. They belong to a wide variety of histology like glial & glioneuronal, neuroectodermal and choroid plexus etc., The key role of imaging in these tumors is to differentiate between high-grade and low-grade tumors and guide surgical planning. The aim of this chapter is to provide an overview of the imaging characteristics of the supratentorial pediatric brain tumors with a special focus on newly added entities.
