This chapter explains using primary data from the three Pakistani communities how family firms not only use the family’s moral and social capital but may also reproduce it among their internal and external stakeholders. The chapter traces the career path of the new entrepreneurs to see how the moral and social capital facilitates their early training and supports them in the process of starting new ventures. The role of the family goodwill is also explored in this process. Further, the chapter explores the sociocultural dynamics of the firm environment and proceeds to explore the strategies that are used to prevent and resolve conflicts within family members, to eventually sustain the moral and bonding social capital within the family.
