Blockchain technology (BCT) has emerged as a decentralized, secure, and transparent information exchange system, gaining significant interest across various sectors, particularly in health care. This systematic literature review (SLR) analyzes blockchain-based electronic health record (EHR) architectures, with a focus on secure patient data storage using symmetric key cryptography for access control, ensuring privacy and confidentiality among healthcare providers. Additionally, the review addresses scalability challenges in blockchain for health care, proposing enhancements through the application of quantum approximate optimization algorithms (QAOA). Following the PRISMA framework, a total of 368 studies published between 2018 and 2024 were identified, with 12 articles selected based on predefined inclusion criteria. This SLR presents current advancements and highlights gaps in the application of BCT to enhance healthcare procedures.

摘要
