Design of High Accuracy Electric Energy Meter Based on Kalman Filter

Electric energy meter is one of the important instruments in power system automation. Traditional electric energy meters have problems such as low accuracy and easy eavesdropping. In response to these problems, a high-precision electric energy meter based on Kalman filter is designed. The electric energy meter is implemented with STM32 as the core and HT5017 chip, and has functions such as electric energy measurement, voltage, current, and power detection. At the same time, the measurement results are processed by Kalman filter to further improve the accuracy of the data. The system has been tested, and the test results show that the electric energy meter can complete the data collection work with high accuracy, which meets the international IR46 standard and has high application prospects.
