Taking FANUC industrial robot as the research object, ROBOGUIDE virtual simulation technology was used to simulate and model industrial robot handling workstation in three-dimensional environment. In ROBOGUIDE, the entity model of related equipment is created, the Machine and Link in ROBOGUIDE are set, and the relevant I/O signals are configured, the trajectory planning of the handling workstation is carried out, and the offline program is written to simulate the entire process of automatic handling of industrial robots. The use of virtual simulation technology can reduce the cost of enterprise debugging, improve the efficiency of programming, and provide reference for the application of industrial robots in other industries.
