Prediction of Regional Economic Development Level Based on Hybrid Intelligent Algorithm

This paper mainly studied the application of hybrid intelligent algorithm to predict the level of regional economic development. Traditional forecasting methods for economic development have some problems, such as the limitation of single algorithm, the difficulty of extracting features and the limitation of precision. A hybrid intelligent algorithm was proposed, which combined several intelligent algorithms and improved the precision and performance of prediction by cooperation or serialization. This paper intended to use hybrid intelligent algorithm to mine the hidden rules and associations in the data, extract the effective features, and use a variety of algorithms to improve the prediction accuracy and level, up to 92.5%. This paper aimed to improve the ability to predict the level of regional economic development and provide scientific basis for regional economic development planning and related policy formulation. A new multi-objective optimization method based on neural network was proposed to improve the prediction ability of regional economic development level.
