The deep integration and application of these cutting-edge technologies not only greatly improve the production efficiency and quality of the supply chain, but also demonstrate strong potential in optimizing supply chain decisions, enhancing supply chain transparency and traceability. At present, competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, mainly manifested in many aspects such as production, sales, raw material supply, cost control, and human resources. Digital transformation has become an important development direction in the field of enterprise supply chain. By applying digital technology, we can improve the flexibility and adaptability of the supply chain, better meet customer needs, and reduce operational costs and risks for enterprises. Based on this, this article combines relevant research literature and takes a certain enterprise as an example to build a digital procurement supply chain system platform using the SaaS service model. The supporting system and business functions of the platform are analyzed in detail, and compared with traditional procurement models. The research shows that the digital procurement supply chain platform has obvious advantages in related transaction processes and automatic procurement settlement, which can help enterprises achieve the goal of standardized and transparent procurement business while meeting their personalized needs. The research results can provide assistance and inspiration for other similar enterprises to build procurement system platforms.
