Resilient Governance and Second Nagorno-Karabakh War (2016–Present)

Since 2016, the European Union has been increasingly and profoundly acknowledging its substantial deficiencies in security governance across various peripheral regions. It has not only recognized these issues but also actively introduced a series of corresponding strategies and measures in an attempt to effectively address and rectify these shortcomings. Historically, the EU has always positioned and regarded itself as a primary and crucial source of stability in the Western Balkans.
