The modeling method of simplified frame model of beam element is studied, and compared with traditional finite element method and implicit parametric modeling method in terms of simulation error, simulation optimization efficiency and model size. In the engineering application, a simplified body frame model of a platform mule car scheme is built, and the experimental design and optimization of the section and joint parameters are carried out. According to the optimization results, the concrete and implementable structure scheme is quickly realized in the SFE parametric model and the performance influence is verified.
