Research on BDC Scheduling Based on VNS Algorithm
摘要
This paper studies the scheduling problem of Body Distribution Center (BDC) in automobile production, especially the optimization of storage location allocation and stacker operation scheduling. Automobile production involves four major processes: stamping, welding, painting, and assembly. Due to different goals in each workshop, the body production sequence needs to be adjusted twice to meet the needs of painting and assembly. Therefore, BDC is introduced to improve the conformity of the production sequence of each workshop and realize lean production. This paper first establishes a mathematical model for BDC storage location allocation and stacker operation scheduling, and comprehensively considers factors such as storage space utilization, stacker operation time and running distance. Then, a variable neighborhood search algorithm is used to solve the optimal storage location for body storage and the stacker scheduling task sequence. By adjusting the search neighborhood, the algorithm avoids falling into the local optimum and improves the solution efficiency and accuracy. Finally, through simulation verification, this method can effectively improve the scheduling efficiency of the body stereoscopic warehouse and reduce production costs, which is of great significance for realizing lean and intelligent automobile production.
