Structural health monitoring technology is an emerging technology that integrates multidisciplinary knowledge and has wide applications in fields such as aerospace and civil engineering. With the advent of the era of industrial intelligence, structural health monitoring is gradually becoming intelligent. This article systematically summarizes the research and application status of health monitoring, and outlines the characteristics, theories, and implementation methods of intelligent structural health monitoring. At the same time, based on the usage needs of automobile factories, the application scenarios of monitoring technology were analyzed, aiming to further promote the application and development of intelligent structural health monitoring in the automotive industry.
