The electric vehicles often suffered electric drive system’s low efficiency or noise at medium and low rotational speeds, leading to the vehicle’s NVH problem. Herein, it is designed a comprehensive optimization strategy for the electric drive system efficiency and NVH based on the China Light Vehicle Test Cycle driving conditions without additional cost. The test results indicate that the strategy has good optimization effects, which can both meet the NVH requirements of vehicle and efficiency requirements of electric drive system.
