Research on Consistency of Radiofrequency Conducted Emission Test Data of On-Board Charger Between Component Test and Vehicle Test
摘要
ECE R10.06 standard stipulates that the AC charging conducted electromagnetic emissions of electric vehicles must meet the specified limit requirements. In order to meet the vehicle test requirements, component level testing will be carried out in the component development stage. However, the actual test data show that there is a big difference between the component and vehicle conducted electromagnetic emission test data. Firstly, this paper analyzes the test method of conducted electromagnetic emissions of vehicle and component. On this basis, combined with theoretical analysis and practical test data, the key factors affecting the consistency of component and vehicle are analyzed. The research results show that the reference ground plane, test cable and auxiliary equipment of vehicle charger have great influence on the consistency of test. Based on the above research, a test specification for the conducted electromagnetic emission test of on-board charger is proposed, which is actually applied to the component test for verification, achieving a good consistency of the conducted electromagnetic emission test data of components and vehicles, and providing a good normative reference for the AC charge conducted electromagnetic emissions test of on-board charger.
