Other Electromagnetic-Effect Use in High-Power Microwave Power Measurement
摘要
In addition to radiation field measurement and coupling field measurement, some electromagnetic effects can also be utilized to measure high-power microwave power. For example, vacuum diodes power meters, thermionic diode power meters, capillary energy meter, resistive sensor power meters, and electroacoustic effect power meters have also been developed and applied in some research institutions or universities. This chapter introduces the principles and applications of these power measurement methods.
