Quarry Mine Pressure Monitoring Technology and Applications

The mechanical behavior and action factors of the compressive stress of coal and rock mass and the corresponding supporting structure have the dynamic and timeliness of creep development, and its representation is complex. There are three kinds of research methods for mine pressure. One is the mathematical and mechanical simulation analysis method, such as computer simulation research using finite element or discrete element method (such as FLAC, 3DEC, UDEC, RFPA, ANSYS, ABQUS and other calculation software); the second is the physical mechanics analysis method, including the research method with the goal of experimental mechanics analysis, the physical similarity simulation experiment method, and the 3D printing technology. The third is the on-site target monitoring research method, which uses the corresponding instrument equipment to monitor the target parameters under the conditions of the production process on the spot. It is the simplest monitoring research method. This monitoring research method reflects the academic thought of simplifying the road.So far, the first two methods still need to simplify some complex and changeable factors, and the processing results are seriously affected by human subjective factors. The method is more suitable for academic discussion in theoretical research. As a qualitative analysis and result verification criterion, it is only limited to the test and parameter solution of simpler problems. At the same time, these two methods also require field observations to provide accurate parameters, otherwise the results will be seriously divorced from reality, and the practical value is extremely low.
