Cardiac arrhythmias are common and account for a significant proportion of clinical encounters. In this section, we present conditions that one is likely to encounter in everyday practice. The case history, electrocardiograms, and intracardiac electrograms (where relevant) are presented to guide the reader through the diagnostic and therapeutic process together with the rationale behind each differential and management option.
