In this chapter, basic skills in interpretation of coronary angiogram including visualization of different coronary segments using different angiographic views are discussed. In addition, real world case examples are used to illustrate commonly seen conditions in the cardiac catheterization laboratory including anomalous coronary artery, coronary artery spasm, spontaneous coronary artery dissection, coronary artery fistula, separate ostia, etc. with in-depth discussion on the diagnosis and management of these conditions with reference to current clinical practice guidelines recommendations.
