In this chapter, identification of cardiac structures such as cardiac chambers, great vessels, etc. on chest radiography is described. Real-world case examples are used to illustrate diagnostic features of cardiac pathologies such as pericardial effusion, pneumopericardium, pericardial calcification, left ventricular aneurysm, coarctation of aorta, etc. on chest radiography. Chest radiography appearance of prosthetic heart valves and implantable cardiac devices such as loop recorders, pacemakers, implantable cardiac defibrillators, left ventricular assist devices, etc. is presented.
