China is currently the world's largest producer and exporter of hydrogen, with a solid foundation for the development of the hydrogen energy industry. China is actively building and improving its hydrogen energy industry chain to explore new opportunities for diverse applications. Under the dual carbon goals, the hydrogen energy industry needs to determine its position in the new energy system, confront existing shortcomings, overcome bottleneck challenges encountered in the energy transition process, seize the opportunities of the era, unleash its development potential, and shoulder the important task of assisting the major energy sectors in achieving deep decarbonization.
