The Synergistic Impact of MWCNTs on Microstructural, Morphological, Dielectric and Electronic Properties of Polyaniline Films
摘要
The present investigations focus on the synthesis of composites based on polyaniline (PANI) reinforcement with multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) by using electrochemical method. Moreover, comprehensive techniques, such as XRD, FESEM, EDX, I–V characteristics, dielectric, UV-Vis, FTIR, and TGA assessments, are utilized to thoroughly examine the microstructural, morphological, dielectric, and electronic characteristics. The results demonstrate successful integration of PANI and MWCNTs, confirmed by UV-Vis, FTIR, and Raman spectra, with enhanced absorption and crystallinity. FESEM, elemental mapping, and EDX analyses reveal uniform MWCNT dispersion within the porous PANI matrix. Additionally, TGA shows improved thermal stability, while electrical and dielectric studies highlight enhanced conductivity and dielectric properties in the composite. Therefore, the synergistic effect between PANI and MWCNTs has been shown to be crucial in modifying the properties of this composite material, making it ideal for the formation of advanced applications.
