In the tide of intelligent and modernized life, special groups of students, such as students with disabilities, left-behind children and poor students, are facing increasing psychological challenges due to their physical conditions, family environment and economic conditions. Psychological problems such as low self-esteem, loneliness, anxiety and depression not only affect their academic performance, but also threaten their physical and mental health and future social integration. In view of this, this study focuses on the in-depth analysis of mental health data of students from special groups using advanced artificial intelligence technologies, especially the application of AIGC technologies such as ChatGPT, aiming at more accurately identifying their mental health problems and constructing a personal early warning mechanism. We expect to effectively improve their mental health status through timely discovery and intervention, and provide practical guidance for the innovation and development of mental health education, and jointly contribute to the healthy growth of students from special groups.
