The common purpose of the pre-Qin scholars is practical politics. Due to the greater influence of Confucianism and Confucius, the pre-Qin scholars had an almost unanimous direction of speech, that is, to expand their own position by attacking, denying, and even reforming the image and ideas of Confucianism. As a result, their attacks actually reflected features of Confucianism.
