Instead, it is produced based on scientific theoretical foundations and profound practical bases. The Chinese modernization of rule of law is a concentrated manifestation of Chinese modernization in the legal field, and also a process of legal reforms carried out under China’s specific national conditions. It represents a legal modernization with distinctive socialist characteristics, reflects the modernization of rule of law in civilized societies, and affirms a new form of human civilization of rule of law.
