In an era of unprecedented technological advancements, businesses increasingly leverage business analytics for strategic decision-making and sustainable growth. It shows that organizational culture has a big effect on putting business analytics into action, but it also talks about how employee engagement and leadership style can change those effects. The study investigates the following inquiry: ‘To what extent does organizational culture influence the execution of business analytics?’. The conceptual framework has organizational culture as the independent variable, the implementation of business analytics as the dependent variable, and leadership style and employee engagement as moderating variables. The hypothesis was examined through the utilization of an online survey and a quantitative methodology in this study. A data set comprising 98 financial corporate companies was compiled using a simple random sampling technique. Descriptive statistics and correlation analysis were used on the collected data to reach the goals of the study. It was found that there is a strong link between business analytics and the culture of an organization. In general, it can be said that organizational culture has a big effect on how business analytics are used.
