A robust cyber security system has to be developed, and this research paper intends to analyze the devastating effects of cybercrime on financial institutions and the cyber security methods that have been tried to mitigate these effects. It has victimized banks directly in recent years. Massive malware assaults often target many Indian institutions, causing substantial financial losses and leaking sensitive and vital information. This research aims to customize and create cyber security protocols by identifying company sectors that are more vulnerable to cyber-attacks. The study includes analyzing secondary data from many online sources, including government websites, publications, and research papers. Additionally, it involves the examination of case studies about various cyber dangers and crimes that have resulted in significant financial losses in the past. Banks, other financial organizations, and society will all benefit from the cyber regime ideas presented in this paper.
