Social Capital and Well-Being of Youth Labor Force
摘要
Based on the 2012 China Labor-force Dynamics Survey, this chapter investigates the social support, social capital and well-being of young people who have entered the workforce. It also explores the relationship between the variables such as community trust, familiarity of community interpersonal relationships, community reciprocity, social support, and the well-being of young workers, as well as possible differences in household registration, education level, gender, and population mobility.
