Oral Tissue Regeneration
摘要
The field of oral tissue regeneration is rapidly evolving, with tissue engineering techniques demonstrating promise. In this chapter, we review the current clinical approaches and advanced therapies, such as biomaterials, growth factors, gene therapy, and stem cell therapies, that are investigated to address the challenges associated with endogenous oral repair. We describe how advanced surgical techniques and adjunct biological agents are combined in practice to achieve optimal patient outcomes, while noting their limitations. We further outline the potential of emerging modalities in enhancing clinical outcomes and tissue regeneration and identify priority evidence gaps and safety considerations.
