In order to improve the safety level of tourist highways and reduce the traffic accident rate at the entrance, a traffic safety facility and geometric optimization design method and safety level evaluation method applied to the entrance of service facilities are proposed. Firstly, by dissecting the relevant technical standards of the National Highway G331 in Jilin Province and the existing problems at the entrance of service facilities along the line, the geometric design of the entrance and the design scheme of traffic safety facilities are proposed respectively; then according to the optimization design, the influencing factors affecting the safety level of the entrance are summarized and concluded, and the key influencing factors are screened through expert scoring and hierarchical clustering; finally, structural equation modeling is used for modeling and analysis, giving the association between influencing factors and the results of safety evaluation, providing scientific decision support for improving the safety level of entrance.
