The effect of developments like artificial intelligence, data analytics, and automation on HR operations in the smart mobility industry is investigated in this work. It looks at changing demands for specialized knowledge, difficulties running a distant and varied workforce, and the ramifications of ethical and legal issues. The report emphasizes in order to adjust to these developments strategic HR planning, talent acquisition and retention, and leadership development. Through offering analysis of new trends and technology, the paper gives advice for HR managers on how best to negotiate the complexity of running a technologically evolved workforce. Future paths of study are suggested to help to better grasp and meet changing HR needs in the framework of smart mobility.
