The policy monitoring and evaluation of the “Excellent Teacher Plan” serves as a practical example to illustrate the rationales of the conceptualized multiple dimensional dynamic life-circle model. This chapter works deeper into the ideas, features, and inherent logics of the multiple dimensional dynamic life-circle model while analyzing the evaluation principles of the “Excellent Teacher Plan” policy as a contextualized practical example.
