This chapter explores the significant health implications of swine-associated parasitic infections on humans, focusing on the transmission, epidemiology, and management of diseases such as trichinellosis, cysticercosis, toxoplasmosis, Sarcocystosis and other parasitic zoonoses. The goal is to mitigate the risks associated with these zoonotic infections, thereby improving public health outcomes and ensuring food safety in swine-consuming communities worldwide.
