Standard domestic burner of cooking stove efficiency still not achieved on the significant remark as reported. In order to investigate the performance of burner of the domestic gas stove by ensuring the utilizing of the different techniques, one of it to conserve the heat energy. In this paper, an attempt has been made to investigate the thermodynamic properties of performance of new oval-based novel flame shied using commercial simulation code, i.e. Ansys CFX. Based on the simulation approach, the results of maximum temperature have been observed of combustion of flame of 1745 and 1931 K for a domestic burner and oval flame casing burner, respectively. Moreover, the flame velocity of the flame casing burner is obtained more of 0.79 m/s compared to a domestic burner of 0.10 m/s. The overall increase in the thermal efficiency of the Flame casing burner is found to be 22.50%. The overall results seem that performance of the oval shape flame casing better and save a fuel significantly.
